AgentSIM ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AgentSIM platform and API service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our service, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account registration data (name, email address, password hash)
  • API usage data (requests, session counts, timestamps)
  • Billing information processed via Stripe (we do not store card details)
  • Communications you send to us (support emails, feedback)

We also automatically collect certain technical information: IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and access logs. This data is used for security monitoring and debugging.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provision and operate the AgentSIM service
  • Process payments and send billing receipts
  • Send transactional emails (account alerts, usage warnings)
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Improve product quality and reliability

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. API request logs are retained for up to 90 days. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Telnyx — Phone number provisioning and SMS
  • Upstash — Redis caching and queue infrastructure

Each processor has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Opt-in: By creating an account at console.agentsim.dev/sign-up and accepting our Terms of Service, you consent to receive service messages from AgentSIM.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation that no further messages will be sent.
