Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentSIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AgentSIM provides a programmable phone number API that enables AI agents to provision real carrier-grade phone numbers, receive SMS messages, and perform OTP verification. Access is provided via REST API and supported SDKs.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgentSIM to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
• Bypass authentication systems without authorisation
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Resell access to the service without a written agreement
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Payment Terms

The Hobby tier is free with a monthly session limit. The Builder tier is billed per provision() call at the rate published on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. All charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

AgentSIM and all related intellectual property are owned by us. You retain ownership of data you transmit through the service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the service.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
